I manage the daily business activities while implementing improvements in processes and working methods. My approach is agile: I work in short cycles in which I immediately implement visible improvements and then refine them in practice. With an outcome-oriented approach, I identify bottlenecks and apply a wide range of expertise, from Finance and HR to Project Governance. I do this together with all stakeholders, so that the improvements are firmly integrated into the company infrastructure.
